Depending on the individual’s approved service plan, assessed needs, and provider availability, we may also provide:

• Supported Home Living
• In-Home and Out-of-Home Respite
• Employment Assistance and Supported Employment
• Behavioral, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services as authorized

All services are individualized and provided according to the person’s approved HCS Individual Plan of Care.
