đź’™ Experience That Understands
The One, Neal’s Consultants LLC was founded on approximately 20 years of healthcare experience and years of direct, personal experience caring for individuals with disabilities. This foundation shapes how our agency approaches support—with patience, consistency, advocacy, dignity, and genuine respect for each person’s individuality.
Our work is informed by advanced public health education and extensive experience in healthcare administration, medical billing, regulatory compliance, and navigating complex healthcare systems. We combine professional knowledge with firsthand caregiving experience to develop safe, thoughtfully matched Host Home/Companion Care placements that support individual choice, independence, and long-term stability.
Our mission is to connect adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to safe, supportive Host Home/Companion Care environments where they are respected, included, and encouraged to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.
We bring individuals, families, service coordinators, and qualified providers together as one team with one shared purpose — creating homes where people feel valued, understood, and truly cared for.
Our vision is to be the trusted choice for thoughtful Host Home/Companion Care matching throughout Montgomery County, Harris County, and surrounding Texas communities.
We strive to create lasting connections where every individual feels safe, supported, and at home — not just placed, but belonging.
Our goal is never to simply “fill a placement.”
Our goal is to make the right match — considering each individual’s needs, preferences, personality, goals, and choices alongside the provider’s home, strengths, experience, and household environment.
We believe the right home creates stability, dignity, and long‑term connection.
Choice: Every individual deserves to participate in decisions about where and how they live.
Dignity: Every person should be treated with respect, compassion, and understanding.
Safety: Safe homes, qualified providers, and responsible oversight are essential.
Inclusion: A meaningful life includes family-style connection, community involvement, and a true sense of belonging.
Integrity: We communicate honestly, follow required standards, and put the individual’s well-being first.
Teamwork: The best outcomes happen when individuals, families, providers, service coordinators, and our agency work together.
We promise to approach every referral and provider relationship with care, honesty, and thoughtful consideration. We will listen, communicate, and work together to find more than an available home—we will work toward the right home, the right support, and the right connection.
One Team. One Purpose. One Thoughtful Match at a Time.
