Beginning services with The One is simple, supportive, and centered around your family’s needs. Whether you’re exploring HCS services, private‑pay support, or Host Home/Companion Care, we walk with you every step of the way.
“Serve one another humbly in love.” — Galatians 5:13
đź’ˇ Interested in Becoming a Host Home Provider?
We are building a network of caring, dependable Host Home/Companion Care providers who feel called to support an adult with intellectual or developmental disabilities in their home.
Providers must meet HHSC and agency qualifications, complete background and employability checks, participate in required training, establish an approved backup‑care plan, and pass a home review before placement.
Approval does not guarantee immediate placement. Each placement is based on the individual’s needs, preferences, provider availability, household compatibility, and completion of all required reviews.
If you feel led to open your home and provide faith‑centered, family‑oriented care, we would love to speak with you
🔎 Looking for Host Home/Companion Care Placement?
We work with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, legally authorized representatives, LIDDAs, and HCS service coordinators to explore safe, compatible Host Home/Companion Care placements.
Placement is based on HCS enrollment, assessed needs, personal preferences, provider availability, compatibility, individual choice, and completion of all required provider screenings and home reviews.
We are currently accepting HCS referrals and provider‑transfer inquiries in Montgomery County, Harris County, and surrounding Texas communities.
Your loved one deserves a home filled with dignity, compassion, and connection — and we are here to help you find it.
